Welcome to New Milford Recreation Sports Registration Site. 

This site is for residents of New Milford, New Jersey wishing to register a child in a Recreation Department sponsored sport or activity.  

Steps to Complete Registration:

• If you have not created a Parent Profile please click here to create one now. Please note setting up your Parent Profile DOES NOT register your child for a sport or activity.
• Once you have created a Parent Profile you can register your child in a desired sport or activity by selecting “Registration” at the top of the page,  each child must be registered and paid for separately.  
• After submitting your registration, you will have the opportunity to print all associated documents on the registration confirmation page.  If you are eligible for a parent discount refer to the information provided on your registration confirmation.  
• To review  previously submitted registration(s) or make changes to your Parent Profile select “Parent Profile” at the top of the page.
